ALCMS Information
This page contains information on the division’s Alcohol Licensing and Compliance Management Solution (ALCMS). The solution uses Computronix’s POSSE ABC platform to bring licensees a near all-in-one experience where licensing, brand registration, excise tax reporting, and payments can be managed through a single website.
Before following the link below to access the customer portal, we encourage all users to access the library of short video tutorials created by Computronix to introduce you to the various components.
Below the videos, you will find some staff-generated resources to assist with various components such as how to report corporate structure, reporting and clearing debt as a wholesaler, and submitting requests for merchandise returns. Additionally, you’ll notice some of our license application and reporting change checklists have been revised which account for the differences between our limited paper processes and the broader scope of information gathering required by the new system. This also means that we will be soliciting information updates from licensees to capture data required by the new fields (such as points of contact, preferred methods of contact, etc).
