The Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Control is a non-merit agency with law enforcement, professional, and clerical positions available. Applications are accepted only for positions that are open for recruitment. A resume may be submitted with your application but may not be substituted for any portion of the application form. Accepted applications will remain on file for six months. If you have an active application on file and are interested in a position that is open for recruitment, it is not necessary to complete a new application unless you have changes in your name, address, or academic/employment history.
