Our Mission

The Missouri Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Control will carry out its duties by focusing on licensing, brand registration, collecting taxes and fees, and enforcing Missouri’s alcohol and tobacco laws and regulations, with an emphasis on education and compliance while ensuring a safe environment for citizens of Missouri and also ensuring a productive business environment.
